I've found a flat

Hello all. Just wanted to give a quick update on the flatsearch. The search for the 1BR was very frustrating and virtually impossible. Too many young professionals with the same budget, looking for the same modern flat. So, I decided to pool my resources and get a flatmate. In one day we found an amazing 2 bed 2 bathroom duplex penthouse walking distance to work!!!!!! We have 2 terraces! We will be paying the same amount for this amazing space as we would have for an ordinary 1 bed. I will be living with Jacky, a lawyer who also just moved here from Toronto. Move-in day is sometime at the end of this week. I will post some pics soon.
